The Williams County Veterans Memorial is located on the Williams County Fairgrounds, 875 E Main Street Montpelier, OH 43543. The exterior monument park, consisting of a flag display, fifteen chevrons honoring the service of over thirteen thousand-five hundred Veterans from Williams County from the Revolutionary War to present and a monument dedicated to all who lost their lives in the service of our nation due to Combat wounds, Chemical-Biological-Radiological Exposure, Training Accidents or lost a personal battle with Post Traumatic Stress/Traumatic Brain Injury, is open to the public from dawn to dusk. The Octagon, an area of the building dedicated to the nearly five hundred residents of Williams County who lost their lives while in service, is open on Memorial Day, Veterans Day and by appointment.  The Memorial Hall is available for rentals by calling 1-419-265-7720
